GTECH SUBSIDIARY BOSS MEDIA SIGNS FIVE-YEAR AGREEMENT TO MOVE CRYPTOLOGIC’S INTERPOKER AND SELECT OTHER POKER LICENSEES TO BOSS MEDIA’S INTERNATIONAL POKER NETWORK
PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND (U.S.) – November 12, 2008 - GTECH Corporation’s subsidiary Boss Media AB announced that it and CryptoLogic Inc. (TSX:CRY) (NASDAQ:CRYP) (LSE:CRP) have entered into a five-year strategic alliance for Poker, whereby CryptoLogic will facilitate the move of several of its licensees, including InterPoker and Parbet Poker, to Boss Media’s International Poker Network (IPN), the largest independent poker network in the world. Boss Media is a leading developer of innovative software and systems for digitally-distributed gaming entertainment. CryptoLogic is a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming industry.
GTECH’s Boss Media and St Minver subsidiaries will provide CryptoLogic’s customers with a fully-managed poker solution on the IPN, based on Boss Media’s poker software and initially integrated into the CryptoLogic back office. In addition CryptoLogic will work with Boss Media to refer other customers to the IPN.
